How can I get a quote and what is your calibration turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for calibration is a usually 5 days. Shorter turnaround times can be offered, subject to discussion. Please contact us and provide the manufacturer and model number of your equipment and we will get back to you shortly.
Do you provide on-site services?
Yes! We offer on-site services. Please contact us and we will arrange whatever is required to meet your schedule.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
Yes! We offer local pick-up and delivery service.Please contact us and our representatives will discuss with you possible arrangement.
Are your standards traceable?
As required by the Quality Standards we are registered to ISO 9001:2015 and in compliance with ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006, ISO 10012:2003 and ISO/IEC 17025. All standards used are traceable to national and international standards.
What is meant by traceability?
A good definition that is accepted on a global basis can be found at the NIST website in Section A on the FAQ page found here.
Does Testmetric Provide NIST Numbers?
No. Testmetric does not provide NIST numbers because they are not required. Please see the NIST website, Section B, number 4 on the FAQ page for the policy regarding traceability and NIST numbers found here.
